New lead flashings were also installed. The rear elevation was raked out and re-pointed in a lime mortar and two new lintels were installed to high level windows. All windows were replaced, including the shop front and risers. Internally, wiring was replaced, and the flooring was replaced with engineered oak flooring.
The shop front was re-decorated, and the shop sign replaced. A new awning was installed, and external cast iron gates fitted to the entrance, all making the shop front more in keeping with how it would have originally looked.
